At Top Tier Roofing, we use only the most up-to-date installation methods and materials. This includes using top-of-the-line gutter hangers mounted using zinc-coated screws to avoid corrosion. All endcaps and miters are sealed with a self-leveling gutter sealant, which has excellent bonding properties and flattens. It dries to help prevent damming on inside and outside corner miters.
We attach downspouts to the gutter system using an aluminum drop-in cup. These cups allow water to flow while also supporting the downspout and gutter if the spout ever comes loose from the house. This prevents the swinging of the spout from ripping the gutter run itself.
Finally, all the screws used in miters, downspouts, elbows, and the straps that attach the gutter system to the house are color-matched to the system and installed in proper locations to prevent flow leaks from the spouts and to enhance the aesthetic effect.
