David is the type of person you want to work with. He is fair, honest, efficient, communicative, responsive and knowledgeable. In short, he has that old school professionalism that is in limited supply these days.

After shopping around we chose Top Tier Roofing to replace our tile roof and repair the dry rot damage. They completed the work very professionally and on schedule. Dave was a pleasure to work with, helping with the selection of the proper tile and keeping us aware of the status as work progressed. We are extremely happy with the completed roof. It looks great! We even had a nearby resident stop by to ask us who did the work, because they were also in the market for a new roof. Thank you, Dave and crew, for a job very well done!

David and Top Tier Roofing is top notch! After several quotes from other company's, we just felt David's honest feedback and quote was the right fit. He was patient with us while we worked to have our solar panels removed. Once we secured the removal date, he worked with us on setting the date. He and his crew was on time, respectful and thorough throughout the entire process. We saw David multiple times durning the installation and ensured all equipment and debris was cleaned up after the job was done. I'd recommend David and Top Tier Roofing again and again!!!

During the storm, our son saw a small wet spot on our living room ceiling. He noticed the spot getting larger due to the heavy rain. I contacted several roofing companies to get a quote for replacing our roof. David, the owner, got back to me quickly and was able to schedule us in right away. My husband and I met with David, who is a genuinely nice person and extremely knowledgeable in his field. He took the time to inspect our roof and went over any questions that we had. In his quote, he provided several pricing dependent on the type of materials. His pricing was extremely fair and he was always in contact with us.

He was a great combination of professional and personal. All of concerns and questions were addressed quickly and done in way that made me very comfortable trusting Top Tier to perform the work needed. Timeline was aggressive and met without any hesitation. Communication was top-notch and my new roof looks great. Highly recommended!

We work with insurance companies, providing emergency services. We were called upon to do a tree removal after a tree had fallen on a house. After cleaning up, we were able to see the damage that was caused to the roof and gutters. Since we do not do roof repairs, we called a couple of roofing companies, and only Top Tier Roofing responded, and was able to come out right away. They were able to provide an estimate within a couple days, and after getting the insurance approval, they were able to start a few days later. They were easy to work with, and had great communication. I will use this company again, and I would recommend them for other jobs I may come across.

We recently hired Top Tier Roofing and are extremely happy with their work. We needed vents added to our roof to ventilate air for a whole house fan we had installed. David came out and was very professional and educated us on all of our options. He was also very understanding in the fact we didn't want to alter our roof too much, nor did we want the vents to stand out amongst the tiles and be an eyesore. David's immediate recommendation for what type of vents to use was exactly what we were looking for. Low profile and could be painted to color match our existing tiles, leaving them unnoticeable. His team arrived on time and they were very courteous and clean. They also cleaned the valleys on our roof, replaced a couple of broken tiles and he even found us extra tiles to store incase tiles were to break in the future. I would highly recommend David and Top Tier Roofing for your roof needs.

We hired Top Tier Roofing to replace our roof and gutters. David was awesome explaining all our options, gave us a fair price and we are extremely happy with the result of our project. A full crew came out when scheduled and worked until our project was completed, even having to come for a few hours Thanksgiving morning to finish! I highly recommend them.

I looked up one day to see a cracked skylight. Not a good thing during this smoky time and with the rainy season on its way (hopefully). Reached out to a few companies for quotes, and decided to go with David at Top Tier Roofing. He gave me several options in his proposal, which I greatly appreciated. He was very friendly and knowledgeable, fully explaining the process and reasoning behind his suggestions, with pictures from my roof to show me what he's talking about. He and his crew came out to get the work done very quickly and efficiently. I have a concrete tile roof, and they even took the time to make sure to replace any visible tiles with good ones from elsewhere on the roof so that the roof still looks great (30 year old tile colors are impossible to match exactly) and any tiles that aren't an exact match aren't visible from ground level. The skylight and any cracked/damaged tiles have been replaced, the gutters cleaned and repaired and everything was cleaned up when they were done like they'd never even been here. I'm so pleased with their work and will keep them in mind for recommendations and future work.

Top Tier Roofing did an excellent job replacing the roof of our single-family house in the South Bay. The job took about 3 days and it was completed last Saturday 10/17/20, sooner than expected. The owner, David, was really easy and pleasant to work with. He's extremely professional, courteous and responsive. At our first meeting, he patiently explained to us the options for the various elements of the roof. He gave us sound recommendations based on his deep knowledge and years of experience in this industry. He quickly came back to us with a proposal that clearly listed the breakdown of the items with their pricings. The contract process was very smooth and the work began on schedule. David followed through with everything he said he would do and more. The crews were friendly and they worked very efficiently. As a result, we now have a very beautiful and high quality roof. The city inspector even commended "This is a very good quality job" after doing the final inspection. David and Top Tier Roofing were great to work with from start to finish. The prices quoted were very fair and remained consistent through completion of the job. The work was scheduled and completed *very* quickly and the result looks fantastic. David patiently answered many questions about roofing materials, ventilation, and tradeoffs. Going the extra mile, Top Tier Roofing applied temporary patches to areas at risk of leakage before the seasonal rains for no extra charge. Great experience end to end, highly recommended.
